THE PROGRAM
WHAT IS IT
Project LEAD is a unique leadership and service initiative for young men aged 15–17 in Calgary. Over five Saturday sessions during the school year, participants will work in small teams to design and execute a real-world social impact project — with mentorship, training, and funding support along the way. You’ll learn the skills, develop the confidence, and gain the experience to lead, collaborate, and serve — in school, in your community, and beyond
WHY WE DO IT
Boys today face a world of noise, pressure, and uncertainty. Project LEAD offers a different path: one of purpose, formation, and action. It’s more than a program — it’s an experience that shapes who they are becoming.
We believe young men are capable of great things when given the tools, vision, and support to lead. Project LEAD exists to form the next generation of servant-leaders through challenge, community, and impact.
